The official name for Whistleblowing is ‘making a disclosure in the public interest’ against the organizational activities. It helps to make aware and be on the safe side if there is being wrongdoing in the workplace, report this to the concerned authority to make it correct on time where need to protect the rights of the information provider.
The purpose of this procedure is to outline ways in which all employees and other concerned personnel can express concerns about malpractice/wrongdoing and encourage employees to raise these at an early stage and in an appropriate way.

Aakarshan International Pvt. Ltd. is always committed to making transparent services and operations. Employees and stakeholders have the right and duty, to rise with their employer any matters of concern they may have. Thus the objectives behind designed this policy is to provide a clear commitment to concerned personnel that their concerns will be taken seriously and to encourage them to communicate their concerns through the appropriate channels. Meanwhile, Aakarshan also wants to make sure for the maintenance of the privacy of those from every end.
All allegations will be treated in confidence and every effort will be made not to reveal a whistleblower’s identity unless the whistleblower otherwise requests. Aakarshan makes sure that information will not disclose, without the whistleblower’s consent, disclose the identity of a whistleblower to anyone other than a person involved in the investigation/allegation.
POLICY FOR WHISTLEBLOWER
The ‘Whistle Blowing’ Policy and Procedure is primarily for concerns where, due to malpractice, fraud, abuse, or other inappropriate acts/omissions, the interest of others or the organization itself is at risk.
The management is committed to the effective implementation of this policy and procedure. The purpose of the procedure is to ensure that an appropriate process exists which supports the resolution of matters raised, in response to any disclosure of wrongdoing or irregularity and in a manner that is fair, expedient, and discreet.
THE POLICY AIM TO
• encourage employees to feel confident in raising serious concerns at the earliest opportunity and to question and act upon concerns about the practice
• provide avenues for you to raise those concerns and receive feedback on any action taken
• ensure that you receive a response to your concerns and that you are aware of how to pursue them if you are not satisfied
• reassure to be protected from possible reprisals or victimization if you have made any disclosure in good faith.
WHAT MAY BE IN WHISTLEBLOWING
The ‘Whistle Blowing’ Policy is intended to address concern matters of the public and other related stakeholders and it tries to cover the malpractice as below;
• criminal offense
• breach of employment contract and legal matters
• malpractice and behaviors which may affect the health and safety
• damage of the organizational propriety
• fraud, corruption, or theft
• Verbal, sexual or physical abuse, other unethical

• discrimination on grounds of sex, race or disability, or religion
• poor clinical practice
• malpractice
• professional misconduct
• nepotism
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
Whistleblower’s information, data and inquires, issues will be kept confidential; No information will be disclosed to anybody.
