Aakarshan International Pvt. Ltd. is an Ethical and Responsible Recruitment Organization, holding the License number of 609/062/063. We do fair, ethical and responsible recruitment to Nepali Human resources. We encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Terms & Conditions set out herein.

1. About Us

• Aakarshan International Pvt. Ltd. is established on 30th June 2005 holding license number of 609/062/063.
• We do foreign recruitment of Nepali Human Resources.
• We only do ethical and responsible recruitment.

2. Our Process Flow

Our process flow is defined and specified as per the standard by the Nepal government. We do comply as per the Nepal Government standard and destination country's standards.

3. Fair, Ethical & Responsible Recruitment

We do fair, ethical and responsible recruitment only. We make everything ethical.

4. Transparency

Our every system, process flow, and recruitment are transparent. We make crystal clear to all candidates, clients, employees, and stakeholders, and other associated.

5. Documentations

For the process of foreign recruitment, we do the mandatory documentation for the visa process, it will be as guided by the Nepal Government and the destination's country's requirements only.

6. Personal Identities and Details

We do not hold any personal documents and identities of the candidates. We are just keen for the mandatory process to have their consent and acknowledge and that will be returned after completing their mandatory process, for example for the visa endorsement and labor process.

7. Accountability

We do take care of our entire process, system and we are responsible to take accountability for our clients, candidates, customers, employees, stakeholders, and other direct indirect associates.

8. Issues Registration

Anyone might have issues regarding our system, services, and process, they can register their compliments, comments, issues, and anything via the email id: inquirestoaakarshan@gmail.com or direct making the call with us at +977 01 4498701.

9. Payments

We do not make any payments, if any we do only go through our Accounts Department, though we request you please do not make any payments to any third party.

10. Branch and Representatives

We do not have any branches and any third-party representatives from our office so please do not involve any third person and do not make any activities and process-related to our services. We do not entertain any mediators and agents in our services.

11. Communications Reporting

We request you to drop us your matters, we make it done. Be a part of our team as always.
