Corporate compliance is about fostering a workplace culture that values integrity and ethical conduct. This starts at the top and commitment for compliance is also carry out by the top management, where they clearly circulate for execution.

Aakarshan International Pvt.Ltd. has strictly following that fundamental and mandatory compliance which is governed by the national, international and associated bodies to formulate the services based on our scope. Team Aakarshan encourage ethical aspects and we are open to share its importance to our stakeholders. Ethics means doing what is right regardless of what the law says. It's entirely possible to be ethical without being compliant. Ethics is proactive, rather than reactive as compliance is. Our personal values system, including our character, values and core principles, guide us when we make decision.


Compliance and ethical aspects is being the core for us, an effective program protects an organization by detecting and preventing improper conduct and promoting adherence to the organization's legal and ethical obligations.

Our Corporate compliance creates and executes the organization's corporate compliance program relative to its role.
